Senior corporate finance and investment advisor with over 20 years of global experience across investment banking, debt capital markets, M&A, and infrastructure advisory. Career spans Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ABSA Capital (Barclays), and General Electric Africa. Executed over $4 billion in infrastructure financings across Sub-Saharan Africa and led over 75 U.S. corporate bond transactions totaling $40 billion.
